To view the status of your order, log in and click Orders. It will allow you to display your orders and their current status.

A product is no more available on the website. How to know if it will be soon online ?
The website features the current collection. To know when a product will be once again available, click on the product you would like to buy and enter your mail. You will be notified as soon as it will be online.
Is the payment secure ?
During the payment process, a padlock will appear in your browser to confirm that your connection is secure.
What are the means and conditions of payment ?
All the transactions on the Sessùn website take place in euros. We accept the following credit cards as means of payment : Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as Paypal.
Why was the payment refused ?
When your order is being confirmed, your bank send you a code in order to confirm your order. If you do not enter this code, the payment issue won’t succeed.

All our shipments to France are shipped with Colissimo France. All is signed for upon receipt.

All our shipments to the European Union and United States are shipped with Colissimo international services
They are billed including the VAT (20%) applicable in France.

- International shipping :
Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Germany : from 8,50 euros to 15,50 euros.
Austria, Italia, Spain, United Kingdom : from 9,50 euros to 18,50 euros.
Others countries : from 9,50 euros to 33 euros.
Can the order be picked up at an Sessùn store ?
It is not possible to deliver orders at the moment to a Sessùn store.
There is a problem with the delivery, what should you do ?
Once your order has been shipped, log into your account and then click Orders. The status will be displayed. A link to Colissimo website allows you to track the delivery.

Under what conditions may I exchange a product ?
We do not swap our items yet. After the parcel has been received, its contents is confirmed and then the refund will take place within 48 hours.
Under what conditions may you return the product ?
You have up to fourteen business days to return your order from the delivery date. Returns are free with prepaid label from mainland France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italia, Spain, Austria, the United Kingdom, Ireland.
For others countries, send the box back to us with a carrier of your choice to this following address : Sessùn e-boutique, 10 Boulevard du Collet 13008 Marseille, France. We recommend sending your items with a proof of postage or on a tracked post service.
For returns from countries outside the European Union: the customs declaration attached to the returned parcel must mention that this is a return by the customer. We advise you to use the same haulier who carried out the initial delivery (EMS Carrier for US shipments) with an priority shipment and not express to ensure that no charges are payable upon receipt of the parcel. Any charge to be paid at the time of receipt will be deducted from the refund issued to the client or package can be refused.
Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging, with originals labels, without damage or wear.
Products cannot be returned if they are incomplete or damaged.
Be careful : bodies, socks and others underwear items cannot be returned.
How to return a product ?
To return a product, you must first obtain a return authorisation.
Log into your account, in Orders category, ask for a return by selecting the product you want to return.
You may enter optional comments.
If you ordered with a guest checkout, before asking for a return, please click on the link in your order confirmation to get a customer account.
A confirmation will be sent within 48 hours.
Print the return authorisation available in your account and the Colissimo label sent by e-mail.
Please note that you have until 7 days after receiving the label return to send the parcel back.
Why may a return be refused ?
Return may be refused for several reasons :
if it was received after 12-day return period.
if it received in unacceptable conditions. Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging, with originals labels, without damage or wear.
